Side gangway & rear door gives access to the back bedroom & kitchen as well as the back yard; front door gives access to the front bedroom & french doors separate the sitting room from the front bedroom (floorplan in the photo gallery below). This is a shotgun home so the rooms are connected.

LOCATION: Irish Channel neighborhood, adjacent to the historic mansions and oaks of the Garden District and only 3 miles from the French Quarter. Blocks from Magazine St.- full of local, small business shopping, bars, breweries and restaurants. The Magazine St. bus and the St. Charles Ave. streetcar will get you to the French Quarter and surrounding areas, then kick back after a long day of exploring in this quiet & safe home full of local flavor.
